The Northeast Tennessee Technology Council is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate, engage and support a region of technology-based businesses and entrepreneurs that will enhance the region's economy and technological infrastructure.

NETTC has a 16 member Board of Directors and a 5 member Executive Committee team which serves a region of eight counties: Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington. It was chartered in July 2000.
